Natural Hair Plan B

This plan allows you (Our Client) to receive the following service during your paid month of service: (3) Shampoo Services, (1) Regular Deep Conditioning Treatment, (1) Steam Hydration Deep Conditioning Treatment, (3) regular styles (Your choice between) a Flat Iron (Silk Press) or Roller-Set Service, and a (1) time ends trim. Any other requested service is NOT included in this monthly plan and will require additional charges. Full Monthly Plan Charge of $150.00 is due prior to the 3rd service being rendered. *NO EXCEPTIONS*

If NOT paying in full... a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $25.00 is due TODAY to LOCK in this AWESOME price and to allow you to pay in installments. $62.50 is due prior to the first service being rendered and the remaining balance of $62.50 is due prior to 3rd and Final service for the MONTH being rendered.

Longer and Thicker Hair will have an additional charge of $30.00 for (3) services within the paid month... You may pay it all at once or in (2) installments

Full Plan Payment = $150.00
Full payment plus additional fee for Longer and Thicker Hair = $180.00

Non-Refundable Fee of $25.00... When selecting to pay in installments... but payment of $25.00 will be deducted from total of monthly payment

First Installment of the Monthly Plan fee is $62.50 + (If Longer and thicker hair) add $15.00 = $77.50

Final Payment of the Monthly Plan fee is $62.50 + (If Longer and Thicker Hair) add $15.00 = $77.50
