Feed-In Braids & Hair Restoration Complete Package PLAN 2

This “HAIR RESTORATION COMPLETE PACKAGE” plan allows you (Our Client) to receive the following service during your paid month of service:
(2) Hair & Scalp Analysis, (2) Shampoo Service, (2) Intensive Deep Conditioning Treatment, (1) Hair Trim (Optional), (2) Blow-dry services, and (2) Feed-in Braiding Styles (Up to 12 Braids ONLY)

2nd Service appointment must be booked within 3 weeks of the paid month and cannot exceed 5 weeks after Initial service is rendered). (HAIR IS NOT INCLUDED in THIS FEE).

Any other requested service is NOT included in this monthly plan and will require additional charges.

Full Monthly Plan Charge of $140.00 is due prior to the 2nd braid service being rendered. *NO EXCEPTIONS*

$70.00 is due prior to the first service being rendered and remaining $70.00 is due prior to 3rd service being rendered.

Additional Fees (Optional)

Add $30.00 for Hair to be included (1) Time Braiding Service ONLY! = $100.00 TOTAL for the first half and $100.00 total for the 2nd and Final payment!

Add $40.00 for Hair to be included for BOTH braiding services when paying MONTHLY fee in FULL! = $180.00 total at check out

Add $45 for Hair to be included for BOTH services and Hair Accessories when paying MONTHLY fee in FULL! = $185.00 TOTAL at check out

Add $10.00 for Hair Accessories
